For the purposes of this Terms, "Cryptocurrency" shall mean a digital currency operating independently from a central bank, in which encryption techniques are used to regulate the generation of units and digital currency and verify the transfer of funds. Our acceptance of Bitcoin and/or another Cryptocurrency is managed by one of our payment processing providers based on a relevant license (the “Crypto PSP”). We do not guarantee and shall not be responsible for the availability of services of such payment processing provider.

In order to claim a refund on a Deposit paid for with Cryptocurrency, you will have to follow certain procedures in order to claim your refund, as explained below. You hereby acknowledge that, if you are unable to (1) access the email address associated with your initial payment or (2) use access the original Cryptocurrency wallet address, you will not be able to receive a refund according to these Terms. Refunds shall be issued for the USD/EUR value of your initial payment. Your refund will be issued by the Crypto PSP in Cryptocurrency you used to make a Deposit for the USD/EUR value of your Deposit, less any applicable fees, including any transactional fees. Your refund will be converted from USD/EUR to a relevant Cryptocurrency based on an exchange rate of Crypto PSP at the time of processing the refund. Please note that Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile by design, and Cryptocurrency markets are highly speculative, and no established regulatory regime exists for the Cryptocurrency trading. Therefore, You hereby acknowledge and agree that if the value of a relevant Cryptocurrency you used to make a Deposit against USD/EUR has risen since the time of your Deposit, you will receive less Cryptocurrency amount than you paid at the time of Deposit.
We have an obligation to identify your identity, to carry out a risk-based anti-money laundering (“AML”) client assessment, including a source of funds verification.
